Don Sinclair grew up and attended school in Red Deer. He studied economics at the University of Calgary, and obtained his Law degree in 1974 at the University of Alberta.

Don was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1976. He articled and worked five years with Porkka & Fowler, then five years as a sole practitioner, all in Red Deer. Don has been a partner with Warren Sinclair LLP since 1985.

Don has practiced in most areas of the law during his career, but now concentrates his efforts on behalf of our clients in the areas of Wills and Estates, Commercial and Corporate Law, and Real Estate.

Having held every executive position in the Central Alberta Bar Association, Don has served his profession well. He served as Director, Sports Chairman and Finance Chairman of the Royal Canadian Legion. In addition, he has served six years as a Director of the Red Deer Golf and Country Club and was President in 1988.

His active athletic interests include golf and hockey, and he served as head football coach at Camille J. Lerouge Collegiate High School for eight years.

Don is married and has three children.
